We should allow a user to set the -txsend hushd option via Advanced settings. This allows hushd to integrate with arbitrary external programs to submit transactions to the network, such as i2p.

This option requires hushd to be restarted to take effect.

Not sure how useful this option is now that hushd can directly connect to i2p, but it does allow arbitrary other integrations with other systems.
