    This release has new Notes Automation code that increases the number of unspent outputs to be able to send multiple transactions at once and hence giving users an opportunity to send messages in bulk.

    Important!

    There was a bug found in version 2.0.0 where due to the incorrect wallettx version wallet.dat file gets corrupted, those users would need to restore the wallet via seed phrase.

    Instant HushChat! 🚀

    Instant Messaging is the new feature that was introduced in #126 thanks to @lucretius!
    What it does it renders the mempool transactions that gives that Instant Messaging experience!

    Changes

    • 🔑 SDL can now import old-style HUSH v2 private keys, which start with K or L.
      • 🎉 If you have a very old HUSH private key, from hushd or a web wallet, you can now import these funds to SDL!
      • 🚀 SDL will automatically "sweep" funds out of this private key, into a zaddr that is part of your Seed Phrase. Your privacy is automatically increased, you don't have to do anything. Please note it may take a few minutes for your funds to be confirmed in a new block and show up in your wallet balances.
    • 🌈 SDL now connects to a random community-run server, instead of being centralized around the single server lite.hush.is !
      • ❤️ Now lite.hush.is has been demoted to "just another community run server" for full decentralized bliss.
      • 🦄 If some of the servers are down, it will attempt to connect to every server it knows about, in a random order.
      • 🤖 This both helps the scalability of HushChat+SDL but also availability. As long as one SDL community server is operational, users will not experience any issues when starting their wallet.
      • 🤓 To avoid randomly choosing a community server, the config file settings stickyServer = true can be used in ~/.config/Hush/SilentDragonLite.conf on Linux systems
    • 👍 Updated dependencies to use Gitea instead of Github/Microsoft

    • 👽 Importing funds from taddr/zaddrs! You can now sweep funds out of a private key into SDL.
      • ❤️ For example, if you have funds in a AtomicDEX/AtomicDefi private key, or any other 3rd party or unsupported (closed-source?) wallet, you can now import those funds into SDL, where they are much safer.
    • 🔥 Various other awesome internals updates.
