I think "Wormhole runs in the cloud, routing fully encrypted messages between nodes and wallets. Just scan the QR code on the node from your mobile device, and enjoy end-to-end encrypted connections securely." should be changed to to something like this:

Wormhole can run in the cloud on a VPS or self-hosted on your own network and routes fully encrypted messages between desktop wallets and Android phones. Just scan the QR code on the desktop wallet (either SD or SDL) from your mobile device, and enjoy end-to-end encrypted transactions securely.

How about this? Does the public need to know where hush runs its wormhole service?

SilentDragon wormhole service may run in the cloud on a VPS or self-hosted on your own network. This protocol routes end-to-end encrypted messages between desktop wallets and mobile phones. Simply scan the QR code on the desktop wallet (either SilentDragon or SilentDragonLite) from your mobile device and enjoy end-to-end encrypted transactions securely.

Add the links to SD and SDL in markdown (md) as I did. Not sure how much md you write, but it shows what I mean here: https://commonmark.org/help/tutorial/07-links.html

The header "# Compiling From Source" was somehow accidently deleted in your commit. Check out the master README.md to see what I mean.
