Since adding WolfSSL we do not compile with the default compiler/linker on 16.04

We now have instructions on using 16.04 with Hush, in our INSTALL.md, so we can either use that or upgrade to 18.04/20.04 anyway. We may want to have multiple docker files to easily spin up different systems for testing 👀
