There is a good suggestion here: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/24829

Basically, exporting a wallet that has no privkeys, that is only able to watch balances.

I propose that we make a new RPC, something like exportviewingwallet, which exports watchonly taddrs and viewing keys of all zaddrs
