Since we merged randomx, cmake is a new dependency for building hushd. Instead of giving a shitty compile error, we should tell users as early as we can to install cmake, if it's not found.

this is resolved in PR #158
@jahway603 this should make compile errors from a lack of cmake much easier to debug, thanks 🤘
