hush-cli stop doesn't work when adding txs to wallet #338

If a node is in a situation of adding txs to the wallet hush-cli stop will not stop the loop of AddToWallet . This makes sense for letting a few txs be added before stopping, but if you are adding many thousands of txs to the wallet it leaves the node in a state where the RPC interface is down and you cannot do anything but wait. I am not sure of the optimal behavior in this situation.
