Currently both util\build-debian-package.sh and util\build-debian-package-SBC.sh need to have the PACKAGE_VERSION variable manually changed when building the latest Debian .deb packages.

More intelligence needs to be added to these shell scripts so that they populate PACKAGE_VERSION automagically instead of manually editting them.
