FR address is shown for HSC's that don't have one #5

When an HSC uses this software, such as DRAGONX, it doesn't necessarily have an FR address. Currently siona shows => (FR) with no address on DRAGONX tx's. We really need a config file which tells siona various options, such as if there is an FR address.
