This meme is from "The Functionality Of Privacy Coins" at https://www.bitchute.com/video/PWXU7D4VV0lB/ , showing that organizations such as Europol make fun of "optional privacy", which is no privacy at all. This video was deleted from YouTube but preserved by the Monero community, thanks!
