Currently the following footer weblinks are all non-functional, as they all have <a href=""> or no website linked at all for them:

Exchanges
Explorer
How To Mine
Documentation

PR https://git.hush.is/dan_s/dragonx.is/pulls/5 only updated the main index.html, as it appears that each page needs to have its footer updated with correctly working links
