Missing info for cross compiling SilentDragonLite for Windows on a GNU/Linux machine #112

I prepared the Windows binary for the next release, but the documentation can be improved, I came across with various errors depending on a rust version used and some missing dependencies that needed to be installed. When I can, I will run go through the process again and leave more data, so we can improve the docs. 📖

I had some updated dependencies here from whenever I last installed MXE on a new box. Don't think I ever pushed to main doc. Might be slightly different depending on OS/version: https://git.hush.is/fekt/docs/commits/branch/master/advanced/cross-compile-silent-dragon-for-windows-with-mxe.md
