newwalletwizard on dev doesn't display seed phrase #120

Related only to recent commits on dev and also to #119.

The seed phrase is in the STDOUT output, just not in the GUI.

Problem is somewhere here: 3f8ae1f9d7. (first commit)

@onryo ok, please retest with the latest commit. If that fixes it, I will do the same thing in a few other places

Also I noticed Lite server "https://lite.hush.community" is down, getting a random one which is not true! We might need to revisit #116.
