taddr private keys can start with a 7 #132

This is not going to happen with normal taddrs generated from getnewaddress but it is possible to generate a vanity taddr which has a privkey that begins with a "7" .

We have new code in SD which attempts to validate taddr privkeys so it seems like a good idea to keep SD+SDL in sync when it comes to which privkeys they will accept ec6327a6b0

doImport in src/mainwindow.cpp needs to be updated to allow this.
