Better detection of valid QT to compile with #50

This issue can be closed for the following reasons:

  1. The README (which not everyone RTFMs) tells the user to install qt5.
  2. The README provides the package names to install qt5.
  3. The README does not tell the user to use qt6.
  4. The README does not tell the user to use qt4.
  5. Qt4 is super EOL, as seen here https://endoflife.date/qt.
