Since Hush does not use these, we should disable the GUI option to create a new t-addresses so that users don't try to do this. They can still use hush-cli as most users will never need a t-address for solo mining.

@jahway603 what about solo miners or mining pools that want to use SDL?
True. Also, I don't think hush-cli is an option for SDL users.
