Pressing Cancel on the startup screen gives useless error #66

If someone starts SDL, then clicks Cancel, they are given a useless "light client not initialized" popup and then the GUI window is still open, which they still have to close.

Instead, when a user presses cancel, we should ask for confirmation like "Are you sure you want to cancel the setup of SDL?" and if Yes, close the entire GUI. If No, go back to the setup screen.
