This issue will track "instant" HushChat support, which means SDL and HushChat will be able to see transactions (and HushChat memos) in the mempool, which means not waiting for 1 confirmation. Instead of it taking Alice+Bob many minutes to see a memo from the other, it will likely be on the order of ~15 seconds.
The high level plan is:
Get mempool support working in lightwalletd
Update lightwalletd servers to use new code
Update silentdragonlite-cli to know about new mempool stuff
Update SDL GUI to render tx's/hushchats from the mempool
