We just removed taddr creation from the Receive tab, which makes sense to not confuse 99% of users. Some users might want to create taddrs, such as for solo/pool mining. We should support creating a taddr somewhere in the GUI, in some kind of advanced menu or maybe something that says "Make taddr for mining"
