• NEW Makefile
• NEW Debian/Ubuntu deb package builder script
• Now has a manpage man lightwalletd which had to be written by hand because help2man failed to work

1. Needed - testing, you build your own with ./util/build-debian-package.sh and then install it.
2. Next step after testing is an official 0.1.1 release with sha256 checksum.

@jahway603 tested with Debian 10, it works. 💥

./util/build-debian-package.sh
sudo dpkg -i lightwalletd-0.1.1-amd64.deb
lightwalletd -bind-addr lite.hush.land:9067 -conf-file ~/.hush/HUSH3/HUSH3.conf -no-tls
