Ideas

These are core ideas that appear in the index.html, which get remixed and fusioned in various ways:

• Hush has mandatory privacy. You cannot make a non-private transaction, like Monero.
• About 40% of HUSH is stored in private addresses while only 5% of Zcash uses privacy features at all. (Feb 2021)
• Hush shows it's privacy metrics in real-time on explorer.hush.is, Zcash hides theirs.
• Hush is not in debt to Silicon Valley investors, Zcash owes millions to Venture Capitalists
• Hush uses the same advanced math that Zcash paid millions to develop, for free.
• Hush takes the best ideas from Monero and Zcash and combines them. Thanks!
• Hush is a tiny fraction of the price of Zcash, yet provides higher privacy guarantees.
• Hush relies on Bitcoin for security, Zcash stupidly tries to compete with Bitcoin.
• Hush is a GPLv3 Free Software community. Zcash is a shady collection of companies and non-profits.
• Hush invents new technology to prevent blockchain analysis. Zcash works with and gets paid by blockchain analysis companies.
• Hush tells the public the truth. Zcash tries to hide security problems and their various shady dealings.
• Hush has more network-level privacy than Zcash. It uses TLS, like the green lock in your browser.
• Hush has more blockchain-level privacy than Zcash. For any transaction, you cannot see the sender, receiver or amount.
• Hush beleives in full-disclosure, Zcash hides vulnerabilities.
• Hush does not work with or accept money from privacy-hating organizations, as does Zcash.
• Hush has Delayed-Proof-of-Work and protected by Bitcoin hashrate security, unlike Zcash.
• Hush was the world's first Pure Sapling cryptocoin, making it drastically faster than Zcash.
• Hush has the world's most private and secure block explorer, where Zcash explorers are privacy nightmares.
